Succeed Consulting Firm was started based on the absolute need for an alternative to corporate America. Succeed was founded by Elisa and Russell Thompson in 2007 with an overall mission to help people attain success and reach their desired goals within themselfves. Our Objectives are to equip as many people as we can with transferable, marketable work knowledge, skills and experience to increase their self-employment. To enhance personal skills and increase self-confidence. To provide an opportunity for start up entrepreneurs to begin effective networking. To make local business leaders and politicians aware of our pool of entrepreneurs.

Russell R. Thompson, Chief Executive Officer
A business graduate of Southwestern Adventist University, Russell is the Chief Executive Officer for Succeed. After finishing college, he started a business called Jan's Tutoring, janstutoring.com, a business that specializes in helping students with academics and fines arts. While running that business, he was also committed to a full time position at Coca-Cola. After receiving several promotions, Russell spent his last 5 years as an Account Manager, managing over 80 accounts per year. During his Coca-Cola tenure, he decided to go back to school, earning an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix. After serving 12 years at Coca-Cola, he decided to pursue the business of Succeed in 2011, because of his passion for helping others succeed in the community. Since then, he has gotten involved in several business ventures. Russell is the co-owner of 4 His Glory Productions, 4hisgloryproductions.com, a gospel production company for music, media, and publications. He is also the co-owner and manager of H3 Artworks, artbyh3.com, an art company that has developed it's own unique medium, called, Fabric on Panel. Russell is also a co-owner of The Werk Group, thewerkgroup.com, a marketing consulting firm that supports all Succeed businesses. He serves as a board member for several different non-profits, including MCA, mollyschristianacademy.com, BP Ministries, bpministries.org and Jennifer's Journey, jennifersjorurney.org. He also serves as 1st Elder at the Living Waters Worship Center, lwwcdallas.org, and is a very influential person is his community.

Elisa T. Thompson, Founder
Elisa Thompson has had an extensive career in business, with a designated focus on marketing and management. She received her first degree at Vernon Regional Junior College, where she earned her Associate in Science Degree. Next, she followed up with a Bachelor in Business Degree, with a major in Marketing, from East Texas State University. Throughout her college years, she worked with the youth in her free time helping them in athletics. She immediately was placed in a marketing management role immediately upon graduation. Since that job, she has held many marketing management roles and managed several employees. After being in the workforce almost 15 years, Elisa decided to pursue her MBA. She graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix and was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society.
Elisa's two passions are business and children. With that being said, she partnered with her husband and opened up Succeed, LLC , areyougoingtosucceed.com, almost 7 years ago. Succeed is a powerful afterschool program that teaches children how to become entrepreneurs and also shows them how to own and operate their own business one day. In addition to running these powerful afterschool programs, Elisa also tours the United States partaking in seminars for the veterinary industry teaching these vet owners how to better market their business. Bottom line is that she wants to help people, including the youth, make a change for the better in their lives.
